The fastest way to reach us is by email at hello@nomaapp.co. We're a small team and typically reply within 1–2 business days.

When you write in, it helps to include the email address on your NOMA account and a short description of what's happening (and a screenshot if you have one).

Account & sign-in

You can sign in with an email and password or with Google. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to reset it.

Trouble signing in with Google? Make sure you're choosing the same Google account you originally signed up with.

Subscriptions & billing

NOMA is free to start, with an optional membership that unlocks all 7 room quizzes, your full Overall Home Style, AI design tools, materials mood boards, color palettes, and personalized shopping. Current pricing is always shown in the app before you buy.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancel your subscription

If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad, manage or cancel in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the App Store → your profile → Subscriptions).

If you subscribed on Android, manage or cancel in the Google Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

If you subscribed on the web, you can cancel from within the app or email us at hello@nomaapp.co and we'll take care of it.

Note: deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — you'll need to cancel through the store or account you purchased with.

Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled under Apple's and Google's refund policies, so refund requests for those go through the store. For web purchases, we provide refunds where required by law — email us and we'll help.

Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your account and personal data any time in the app: Profile → Delete Account → confirm. This removes your style profile, quiz answers, saved boards, and uploaded photos, and cancels any subscription billed through our web payment processor.

If you can't access the app, email hello@nomaapp.co and we'll process the deletion for you.

NOMA's room redesigns, layouts, palettes, and shopping ideas are AI-generated suggestions for inspiration — they aren't professional interior-design, architectural, or contracting advice. For how your photos and prompts are handled, see our Privacy Policy.
