You can delete your NOMA account and personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the NOMA app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed and you're signed out.

Can't access the app? Request deletion by email

If you're unable to sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

Please send from your account email and include the subject “Delete my NOMA account.” We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Your account and profile (name, email).
Your style quiz answers and personalized style profile.
Saved boards, mood boards, palettes, and favorites.
Photos you uploaded for AI features (e.g. Restyle My Room).
Your subscription record; any active subscription billed through our payment processor is canceled.
Friend connections and AI-usage records tied to your account.

What may be retained

We retain only limited information where required to meet legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup-retention cycle. Third-party AI providers that processed your prompts or photos may retain transmitted content for a limited period under their own policies.

Managing store subscriptions

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your NOMA account does not by itself cancel a store-billed subscription. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Web subscriptions (via Stripe) are canceled when your account is deleted.
